This 1980-90s daily use cinta features zoomorphic, anthropomorphic, and geometric figures woven with embroidery floss, metallic-like thread, and acrylic on one backstrap woven cotton and acrylic panel.  It is in excellent condition for it's age.  It is rare to see younger women in Santiago Atitlan wearing the head cinta - it seems to be a dying tradition.
