1990's corte woven on a foot loom and adorned with a decorative randa.  Blue fabric with white stripes running  through cloth.  This is a thick and sturdy fabric.  There are a few loose threads in the randa and some fading of the blue cloth due to age but otherwise, this piece is in great shape.
