Very nice 1990's ceremonial huipil in excellent shape. Woven in 2 panels on a back-strap loom and joined with a decorative randa. There are depictions of the revered ceiba tree and stylized birds. There has been some fading of the purple threads and some bleeding onto the white base cloth.
